To build your WordPress eCommerce website, you can use the plugin WooCommerce.
Install WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips from your Plugins -> Add New screen or directly from WordPress.org by clicking here. After you’ve installed the plugin, you’ll need to activate it.
Once the plugin is activated you will access it’s settings by going to WooCommerce -> PDF Invoices. The General settings page, shown below, allows you to choose which email types to attach the invoice to.
The Template settings page is the second page of the WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slip plugin’s settings. On the temple settings page, you can set the paper size, the company logo that will appear at the top of the invoice, the seller’s business address, and the fields that will appear on the invoice.
With the WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips plugin, you can add a few columns to your WooCommerce Orders. There is also a download button for the PDF invoice and PDF packing slip for that particular order, in addition to the Invoice Number.
The customer will receive an invoice for their order via email if their order is successful.
